I quit using it so now I just want to make more room in my garage, it has the curl table and you can work out every part of your body and get that physique you have always wanted without paying those high membership fees for a gym. It takes up less space then the free weights without the hassle of having to change out plates when you change work outs.and you don't have to get in your car and drive to a gym where you have to wait for a machine and it would be a great addition to your home gym.
